Very disappointed with the attitude that they have. The promote checking in online and still make you wait when you show up. When you bring up your concerns, I got treated like trash and told there is 10 other locations I could go to instead. Maybe people should go to others because the lady that spoke to me like that clearly does not care about addressing people's concerns. Which sucks because I would keep going here because Nadine does a good job every time

I went to the Eastlake site and selected the “sign in” option. I was happy to see the wait time was only 25 minutes and to be at the store by 3:40 (no later). When I arrived (at 3:40) my name was on the board and the wait time was 25 minutes. The stylist was just sitting another customer down. When I showed her my appointment and the time it was she just said, “I called your name once” and you weren’t here. Someone will be here soon”. I then said I’ll go somewhere else and she said “ok” and turn back to cut hair. Poor appointment system and the women clearly wanted to serve the other customer who probably a previous customer. I’ll not return to this store.
